The Two Step is the main partner dance in Country Western dancing. The basic step occupies 6 beats of music. Similar to the 6-count swing, the steps consist of 2 quick steps (1 beat a piece) and 2 slow steps (2 beats a piece). Beyond the basic inside and outside turns, the Two Step incorporates many ducks, tunnels, and funky arm positioning. This makes the dancing playful and leaves the curious observer wondering, "How did those dancers just do that?"

Our beginning dance classes require no previous dance experience and no partner is necessary. All of our classes emphasize building a solid foundation from which creativity, improvisation and individual style can grow and flourish.
Line Dancingis a fun and easy way to practice dancing. People of all ages are able to enjoy Line Dancing. One of the best features of Line Dancing is that you do not need a partner! Line dancing is no longer strictly Country Western; dances are choreographed to a wide range of music from Swing, Mambo and Cha Cha to Waltz, Tango, Zydeco and more.
Anusara-style Hatha Yogais a powerful, openhearted practice that increases stamina, strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall health. Hatha yoga is a highly effective tool for improving physical alignment and energy flow. It is an opportunity to cultivate greater awareness of ourselves while emphasizing the union of mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Anusara yoga is a very accessible, playful style that has much to offer. Some of our classes even provide childcare with preregistration!
